Please read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy carefully before using the application. By accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions below.
1) Acceptance & Use
- Your use of the ABQOR app constitutes your full and final acceptance of these terms.
- The app may not be used for promotional, commercial, destructive, or unlawful purposes, nor for any activity that violates local laws or educational ethics.
- Any attempt to breach the app’s systems, reverse-engineer any part of it, or circumvent security controls is strictly prohibited.
2) Personal Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and update it when it changes.
- The account is personal and may not be transferred or shared with others.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out through your account.
- For users under the legal age according to local laws, use requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- If shared or unlawful use of an account is detected, the administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice or compensation.
3) Content & Distribution
- All lessons, videos, presentations, tests, recordings, and files within the app are exclusive content owned and protected under copyright laws, and are registered with Mr Study Publishing & Distribution, registration no. 631, dated 01/08/2023.
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Downloading, recording, or reuploading course content without prior written permission.
- Sharing content with non-subscribers.
- Republishing content on any external platform, group, or communication channel.
- Subscribers are granted a limited, personal license to access content during the subscription period only; it grants no rights of reuse or commercial exploitation.
- We strive to align content with curricula; however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or specific academic outcomes. The content is an educational aid, not a substitute for formal educational institutions.
4) Payments & Subscriptions
- Enrolment in any course is not finalized until full payment of the required amount is made.
- Once payment is confirmed and access granted, refunds may be requested within 7 days only; after that period, cancellations or withdrawals are not accepted for any reason.
- Content access is limited to the academic year or as specified in the course/subscription details.
- Where a free trial is offered, the administration may modify or discontinue it at any time.
- Auto-renewals (if any) will be communicated to the user in advance, with the option to cancel before the renewal date.
5) In-App Conduct
- Teachers, administrators, and other students must be treated with respect across the platform.
- Posting offensive comments, inappropriate content, or engaging in behavior that causes disruption, annoyance, or encourages cheating is prohibited.
- Advertising or promotion within the app is not allowed without prior written approval.
- The administration may suspend or delete any account that breaches these rules without compensation.
6) Updates & Modifications
- The administration may make changes to:
- Interface design and app appearance.
- Class schedules and content access mechanisms.
- Educational content and its organization.
- These Terms of Use themselves.
- Users will be notified of any material changes via the app, email, or social media. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
7) Technical Support
- For any technical issues (login, video playback, messaging, etc.), please contact us through the official channels listed within the app.
- The support team will make reasonable efforts to respond during announced working hours.
- Some features may require a stable internet connection or specific device specifications; we do not guarantee that all features will function on all devices.
8) Privacy & Data Protection
What we collect:
- Basic account data (name, email/phone, educational stage).
- Usage and analytics data (pages, time, quizzes and results).
- Device information and anonymous identifiers for analytics and notifications.
- Payment data is processed by approved providers; we do not store your card details on our servers.
Why we collect it:
- To deliver the service and personalize the learning experience.
- To improve performance and content and make data-driven decisions.
- To send study alerts, updates, and service-related offers.
Your rights:
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data within the limits permitted by law.
- We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Security:
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, without guaranteeing absolute security.
- Use of the app by minors requires the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with local laws.

9) Intellectual Property
- The app’s name, logo, design, educational components, and visual/audio elements are owned exclusively by Mr. Study.
- No visual element, content, or mark may be used without prior written permission.
10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Algeria.
- Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Algeria, after an attempt at amicable resolution within 15 days from the date of notice.
11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The app and its content are provided “as is” and as available, without express or implied warranties of specific academic results.
- We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- In all cases, and were permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the fees paid for your most recent active course/subscription.
12) Service Termination & Account Closure
- The administration may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or threatens its security.
- Users may request account closure; closure may result in loss of access to content without compensation for remaining time, unless a specific plan states otherwise.
